I can't sign in / forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?”. You'll get an email with a reset link. Check your spam folder too — some providers aggressively filter transactional mail.

How do I cancel or refund my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us — so cancellation happens in their settings. iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Baby Tracker Lulu → Cancel. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested the same way. If the platform refund flow isn't available to you, email us.

How do I export all my data?

In the app: Settings → Export data → choose CSV or JSON. You get a complete archive of every log, baby profile, and growth record. No third-party services involved — the file is generated on-device.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account. We permanently remove your personal data within 30 days; backups are purged within 90 days. This is irreversible. Export first if you want to keep your history.

Can I use the app without an internet connection?

Yes — Baby Tracker Lulu is offline-first. Every log saves to your device immediately. When you're back online, it syncs automatically with your invited caregivers.

Can I upgrade from Family to Large Family or Professional?

Yes. Open the app's subscription screen and tap the higher tier. On iOS both subscriptions are in the same subscription group, so Apple prorates the upgrade automatically. On Android, Google's immediate-proration policy kicks in.

My caregiver's invite isn't arriving.

Check their spam folder first. If still nothing: revoke the invite from Settings → Caregivers and send a new one. Some corporate mail servers block transactional email entirely — try a personal address.

The app is showing the wrong baby / caregiver permissions are off.

Pull to refresh the babies list. If the issue persists, sign out and back in. Tell us what you saw at info@applulu.com so we can fix it for everyone.
